Trial Subscription definition

Trial Subscription means a free of charge trial offering by the Vendor for the Online Services which shall automatically convert into a paid-for Subscription unless properly terminated; and
Trial Subscription means a time limited trial Platform Subscription, as stated out, if applicable, in the Order Form.
Trial Subscription means the agreement between You and the Provider for use of the Service on a Trial basis for 14 days, free of charge. The Trial Subscription licenses the named individual to control the Center and run Sessions on it.

  • In respect of a Trial Service that is a trial version of the Subscription Plan (the “Trial Subscription”), upon termination of the Trial Subscription, we may change the Account web address at any time without any prior written notice.

  • Neither party shall be considered in breach of this Trial Subscription Agreement or in any way liable to the other party should it reasonably be prevented by an event that is beyond the reasonable control of either party from complying with any of its responsibilities or obligations under this Trial Subscription Agreement.

Trial Subscription means the limited trial access to the Deputy Application which Deputy makes available to Customers free of charge.
