Prior to such delivery, in order to expedite the process of entering into this Agreement, the parties acknowledge that a Transmitted Copy of this Agreement will be deemed an original document.
Seller timely executed this Agreement and delivered a Transmitted Copy of this Agreement to Purchaser’s representatives by not later than January 17, 2008 at 5:00 p.m., Pacific time and promptly delivered one (1) executed original of this Agreement to Purchaser’s representatives.
