Transfer Period definition

Transfer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(c).
Transfer Period. A period of up to sixty (60) days following the Backup Servicer’s receipt of a Transfer Notice and ending on the date the Backup Servicer is to begin Successor Servicer duties for the Contracts and the related Receivables.

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at the end of a Transfer Period provided that written notice is given to the other party at least 60 days prior to the end of the applicable Transfer Period; for greater certainty, notice of termination given in the 60-day period prior to the end of a Transfer Period will have no effect.
