If the Total Grant Amount, as provided in Article II of this Grant Agreement, is greater than $500,000, the Grantee must comply with the Award Term and Condition for Grantee Integrity and Performance Matters in Appendix 4 to this Grant Agreement.
In accordance with the approved grant application, the total sum approved to be paid to the PROVIDER for the costs incurred for services performed under this Agreement will not exceed the Total Grant Amount.
