Toggle Notes means the Initial Toggle Notes, any Exchange Notes issued in exchange therefor, any Additional Toggle Notes and any Related PIK Notes issued in respect of any Toggle Notes (and any increase in the principal amount of any of the foregoing) as a result of a PIK Payment.
