Tenant’s Agents definition

Tenant’s Agents shall be defined to include Tenant’s officers, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, customers and subcontractors.

Tenant’s Agents is defined in Section 2.2.

Tenant’s Agents means Tenant’s agents, representatives, consultants, contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, subtenants, guests, visitors and invitees.

Examples of Tenant’s Agents in a sentence

• All insurance, except Workers’ Compensation, maintained by Tenant’s Agents shall preclude subrogation claims by the insurer against anyone insured thereunder.

• Each of Tenant’s Agents shall guarantee to Tenant and for the benefit of Landlord that the portion of the Tenant Improvements for which it is responsible shall be free from any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date of completion thereof.

• All policies carried under this Section 4.2.2.4 shall insure Landlord and Tenant, as their interests may appear, as well as Contractor and Tenant’s Agents.

• Tenant assumes all responsibility for the protection of Tenant and Tenant’s Agents from acts of third parties; provided, however, that nothing contained herein shall prevent Landlord, at its sole option, from providing security measures for the Project.

• All of Tenant’s Agents shall carry worker’s compensation insurance covering all of their respective employees, and shall also carry public liability insurance, including property damage, all with limits, in form and with companies as are required to be carried by Tenant as set forth in the Lease.

More Definitions of Tenant’s Agents

Tenant’s Agents. Any and all officers, partners, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, licensees, agents, concessionaires, subtenants, servants, employees, customers, guests, invitees or visitors of Tenant.

Tenant’s Agents means, without limitation Tenant's employees, servants, representatives, agents, licensees, permitted subtenants and assignees, contractors, heirs, successors, legatees, and devisees.

Tenant’s Agents means the agents, employees and assigns (and their respective agents and employees) of Tenant.

Tenant’s Agents includes any agent, officer, employee, servant, partner, independent contractor, licensee, invitee, or visitor of Tenant.

Tenant’s Agents means the Tenant’s employees, agents, contractors, consultants, invitees, sublessees, licensees, concessionaires and others who at any time are in the Building with the consent of the Tenant express or implied.

Tenant’s Agents is defined in Section 8.3.

Tenant’s Agents means the members, employees, agents, contractors, customers, invitees and tenants of the Tenant.
