Teekay means Teekay Corporation, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of the Xxxxxxxx Islands whose registered office is at The Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx MH96960.

Teekay is defined in the introduction to this Agreement.
