Technical college definition

Technical college means the same as that term is defined in Section 53B-1-101.5.
Technical college means a technical college as designated 34 pursuant to K.S.A. 72-4472, 72-4473, 72-4474, 72-4475 and 72-4477, and
Technical college means any technical college established under the laws of this state.
