Technical Acceptance definition

Technical Acceptance means delivery to Channel 4 (or as directed by Channel 4) of the items listed in parts (a) and (b) of the Delivery Requirements in accordance with the Technical Requirements, the Editorial Specification and the provisions of this Agreement and acceptance of the same by Channel 4 in accordance with clause 13 of the General Terms of Agreement.
Technical Acceptance means the first part of the acceptance procedures for the Vessel, and
Technical Acceptance. Process as defined in Clause 8.1.1.

  • Should it be established that the Aircraft does not comply with the Technical Acceptance Process requirements, the Seller shall without hindrance from the Buyer be entitled to carry out any necessary changes and, as soon as practicable thereafter, resubmit the Aircraft to such further Technical Acceptance Process as is necessary to demonstrate the elimination of the non-compliance.

  • Completion of the Technical Acceptance Process shall demonstrate the satisfactory functioning of the Aircraft and shall be deemed to demonstrate compliance with the Specification.

  • Upon determination of the Basic Rent Amount pursuant to the definition thereof in Annex A, Lessor will notify Lessee of such amount to be recorded in the Technical Acceptance Certificate.

  • Lessee will, at the time of Delivery, execute and deliver to Lessor the Technical Acceptance Certificate.

  • Upon successful completion of the Technical Acceptance Process, the Buyer will, on or before the Delivery Date, sign and deliver to the Seller a certificate of acceptance in respect of the Aircraft in the form of Exhibit D (the “Certificate of Acceptance”).


More Definitions of Technical Acceptance

Technical Acceptance means the first part of the acceptance procedures for the Vessel, and where applicable the Spare Parts, to be conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Contract and to comprise all inspections, tests, trials and experiments as stated in the Technical Specifications (other than the Delivery Acceptance). “Test Equipment and Tools” means all test equipment and tools specified in Paragraph 8.2.4 of Part VII which are necessary for the testing, calibration and maintenance of the Equipment. “Total Purchase Price” means the amount specified as such in Schedule 1. “Training” (in upper or lower case) means all training required to be performed in accordance with the requirements specified in Part VII including a stand-alone chapter titled “Training”. “Training Plan” means the training plan to be submitted by the Contractor and approved by the Government setting out all Training required to be conducted by the Contractor provided that all of them must be scheduled to be completed before the Delivery Acceptance of the first Vessel. “unqualified Acceptance Certificate” means an Acceptance Certificate without any qualification or requirement that any further defect or deficiency shall have to be rectified. “user department” means the Government department which will use the Vessel for its operation. “Vessel” means the Vessel to be designed and constructed by the Contractor in Ready for Use condition in the total quantity as specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1 in accordance with the Contract.As more than one Vessel is required as specified in Schedule 1, references to “the Vessel” shall mean each such Vessel. References to “a Vessel” shall mean any such Vessel.References to “Vessel” shall include all Equipment to be supplied and installed on such Vessel in accordance with the requirements of the Contract regardless of whether the expression “Equipment” is also mentioned separately. “Vessel Unit Price” means the unit price for individual Vessel as specified in Part 1 of Schedule 1. “Warranty Period” means in respect of each Warranty Item, the period of 12 months commencing from the date of the unqualified Acceptance Certificate covering that Warranty Item , as the same may be extended in accordance with Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications. “Warranty Items” has the meaning given to the term in Annex 1 to the Technical Specifications.

Technical Acceptance means to accept the previsualization of the publication just to confirm that the institution agrees on how the information will be visualized by the public. Technical acceptance should not be understood as a sign- off, as at this moment the documents submitted by the institution have already been signed off at the submission stage.
