Target Asset means each property set forth on Appendix B to this Schedule II and the property management business of American Assets, Inc. (the “Management Company”).

Target Asset means each Property (or partial ownership interest in a Property) set forth on Appendix B to this Schedule 6.02(c) and the Management Companies.

Target Asset. “Target Entity”, and “Target Interest” have the respective meanings set forth in Clause 2.2(a).

Target Asset means the asset Party A is to acquire in accordance with the M & A Agreement.
