The European Administrative Borrower, the Swiss Borrower, the U.K. Borrower, and each German Borrower, shall have the right at any time and from time to time to repay any European Swingline Loan made to it, in whole or in part, upon giving written notice to the European Swingline Lender and the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 2.10(i).
Within the foregoing limits and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the European Administrative Borrower, the Swiss Borrower, the U.K. Borrower, and each German Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow European Swingline Loans.
The Swiss Borrower further acknowledges that the gross-up mechanism provided for under Section 2.15 shall apply with respect to any such direct taxes levied at source.
