Examples of Swingline Loan Request in a sentence

  • Each such Swingline Loan Request shall set forth the principal amount of the proposed Swingline Loan and the Drawdown Date of such Swingline Loan.

  • With respect to any Revolving Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Notice of Borrowing, with respect to any Swingline Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Swingline Loan Request, and, with respect to any Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the Issuer shall have received a duly executed Letter of Credit Request.
