Swingline Loan Request definition

Swingline Loan Request means a request for Swingline Loans made in accordance with Section 2.5(b) [Swingline Loan Requests] hereof.

Swingline Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06(b).

Examples of Swingline Loan Request in a sentence

• Each such Swingline Loan Request shall set forth the principal amount of the proposed Swingline Loan and the Drawdown Date of such Swingline Loan.

• Promptly upon receipt of any Swingline Loan Request (but in no event later than 2:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date of such receipt), the Swingline Lender shall promptly notify the Control Party and the Trustee thereof in writing.

• Each Borrower agrees that the Swingline Lender shall have no obligation to examine or review any document provided with any Floorplan Swingline Loan Request including, but not limited to, documentary drafts drawn on a Borrower.

More Definitions of Swingline Loan Request

Swingline Loan Request means a notice of a Swingline Loan Borrowing pursuant to Section 2.24(b), which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B-3 or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent.

Swingline Loan Request means a Swingline Loan Request substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2.
