  • The notice shall be in the form of a Swingline Loan Request in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-2 (a “Swingline Loan Request”), a copy of which shall also be provided by the Master Issuer (or the Manager on its behalf) to the Control Party and the Trustee by 2:00 p.m. (Eastern time) on the date of delivery thereof to the Swingline LenderLenders and the Administrative Agent.

  • Each Swingline Loan Request shall be irrevocable and shall specify the proposed Borrowing Date and the principal amount of such Swingline Loan, which shall be not less than $100,000 or an integral multiple of $50,000.
