Sustainability Coordinators definition
Sustainability Coordinators means each of BofA Securities, Inc. and any other Person appointed by KBR, with the consent of BofA Securities, Inc., each in its capacity as a sustainability coordinator.
Sustainability Coordinators means each of Bank of America, N.A., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, or any of their respective affiliates, each in their capacity as a Sustainability Coordinator.
Sustainability Coordinators means one or more sustainability coordinators to be determined (it being understood and agreed that each such sustainability coordinator shall be a Lender (or an affiliate of a Lender) and shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent), in each case in their respective capacity as a sustainability coordinator.

In the event that Required Lenders deliver a written notice objecting to any such ESG Amendment, an alternative ESG Amendment may be effectuated with the consent of the Required Lenders, the Borrower and the Sustainability Coordinators.
The KPIs, the Borrower’s performance against the KPIs, and any related ESG Applicable Rate Adjustments resulting therefrom, will be determined based on certain certificates, reports and other documents, in each case, setting forth the calculation and measurement of the KPIs in a manner that is aligned with the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles and to be mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Sustainability Coordinators (each acting reasonably).
