The Supplemental Security Documents shall include, but shall not necessarily be limited to, such new mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments of rents, leases and profits, security agreements, pledge agreements, financing statements and other security documents as the Lender may require to create and perfect a valid first priority security interest in the Investment Position.
