Supplemental Security Documents definition

Supplemental Security Documents has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.

Supplemental Security Documents means each of the following documents:

Supplemental Security Documents means each of the documents referred to in Clause 4 hereof which are to be executed and delivered on or prior to the Effective Date in accordance with the terms hereof.

Examples of Supplemental Security Documents in a sentence

• The following provisions of this Clause 10 shall apply to the security created hereby or by or pursuant to any Security Documents executed in relation to any Series of Notes (together, the “ Security” for each Series), except as may be otherwise specified in such Supplemental Trust Deed or such Supplemental Security Documents.

• For the purpose of this Addendum Nr. 2 and the Supplemental Security Documents, the agreement by one Obligor with the Bank to any matter or thing shall be deemed to be agreement of all the Obligors who shall be bound accordingly.

• Each Obligor makes the representations and warranties set out in the Finance Documents (other than the Facility Agreement) to which it is a party, as amended and restated and/or supplemented by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement and, where appropriate, the Mortgage Addendum, the Second Priority Account Security and the Supplemental Security Documents, by reference to the circumstances then existing on the date of this Agreement and on the Restatement Date.

• Each Obligor that is a party to the Facility Agreement makes the representations and warranties set out in clause 17 (representations) of the Facility Agreement, as amended and restated by this Agreement and updated with appropriate modifications to refer to this Agreement and, where appropriate, the Mortgage Addendum, the Second Priority Account Security and the Supplemental Security Documents, by reference to the circumstances then existing on the date of this Agreement and on the Restatement Date.

• In accordance with the Original Facility Agreement, the Borrower and the Agent designate the Supplemental Security Documents as Finance Documents.

More Definitions of Supplemental Security Documents

Supplemental Security Documents means the Supplemental Assignment of Development Agreement, the Supplemental Assignment of Insurances, the Supplemental Assignment of Proceeds, the Supplemental Debenture and the Intercreditor Agreement Amendment and Restatement Agreement.

Supplemental Security Documents means together this Supplemental Agreement and the Mortgage Addenda and “Supplemental Security Document” means any one of them.

Supplemental Security Documents means, collectively, each Supplemental Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement between a Supplemental Guarantor and the Agent, each Amendment to the Security Agreement, the Existing Subsidiary Guarantee and Security Agreement and the Guarantee Agreement and all Uniform Commercial Code financing statements and/or other filings required hereby or thereby to be filed with respect to the security interests in personal Property and fixtures created pursuant hereto or thereto.

Supplemental Security Documents means, together, the Supplemental General Assignment, the Supplemental Hedging Agreement Security, the Supplemental Shares Securities, each Second Supplemental General Assignment, each Second Supplemental Hedging Agreement Security, each Supplemental Shares Securities and, in the singular, means any of them.

Supplemental Security Documents as defined in the Collateral Trust Agreement.

Supplemental Security Documents has the meaning given to that term in the Deed of Amendment and Restatement.

Supplemental Security Documents means any Deed of Accession (Cash Administrator), the Supplemental Mortgages and the Supplemental Standard Securities.
