Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes all prior investment advisory, management, and/or administration agreements in effect between the Fund and the Adviser.
Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between the parties with respect to its subject matter.
Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement, to the extent that it is inconsistent with any other instrument or understanding among the parties, shall supersede such instrument or understanding to the fullest extent permitted by law. A copy of this Agreement shall be filed at the Company’s principal office.

It is specifically understood and accepted that this Agreement supersedes all oral and written employment agreements between Executive and ABM prior to the date of this Agreement as well as all conflicting provisions of Company’s Human Resources Manual, including but not limited to the termination, discipline and discharge provisions contained therein.

This Agreement supersedes and is in lieu of the 2011 Consulting Agreement and any and all other employment arrangements between the Employee and the Company, but shall not supersede the Restrictive Covenant Agreement or any other confidentiality, nondisclosure, invention assignment or non-compete agreement between the Employee and the Company.

This Agreement supersedes and is in lieu of any and all other consulting, employment and compensation arrangements between the Consultant and the Company, but shall not supersede any existing confidentiality, nondisclosure or invention assignment agreements between the Consultant and the Company.
Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior negotiations, proposed agreements and agreements, written or oral.
Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and is in lieu of any and all other employment arrangements between the Executive and the Company, but shall not supersede any existing confidentiality or nondisclosure agreements between the Executive and the Company.
