Common use of Supersedes Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Supersedes Other Agreements. This Agreement supersedes and is in lieu of any and all other employment arrangements between the Employee and the Company, but shall not supersede the Restrictive Covenant Agreement or any existing confidentiality, nondisclosure, invention assignment or non-compete agreement between the Employee and the Company.
