Subscriber shall not permit any customer or client to take physical possession of Subscriber Equipment.
Subscriber Equipment includes any software, hardware, or services, including, for example, smart home accessories and devices, that Subscriber chooses to use in connection with the Internet Service and which are not provided by AireBeam (unless purchased by Subscriber from AireBeam).
From and after the date hereof, Seller covenants and agrees to use its best efforts to keep in full force and effect all leases or rentals of Leased Subscriber Equipment between Seller and Subscribers and shall refrain from taking, directly or indirectly, any action to encourage any Subscribers to terminate such leases.
