Submitted Discount definition

Submitted Discount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(C)(1).

Submitted Discount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.11(a)(ii)(C).

Examples of Submitted Discount in a sentence

• Each relevant Lender’s Discount Range Prepayment Offer shall be irrevocable and shall specify a discount to par within the Discount Range (the “Submitted Discount”) at which such Lender is willing to allow prepayment of any or all of its then outstanding Term Loans and the maximum aggregate Outstanding Amount and Tranches of such Term Loans such Lender is willing to have prepaid at the Submitted Discount (the “Submitted Amount”).
