Stored Grain means, in respect of a particular type and Grade of Grain, all of the Grain of that type and Grade Stored by the Company at its Facilities, in which the Company’s clients have an Interest.

Stored Grain means any grain received in any public grain warehouse, located in this state, if same is not purchased and beneficially owned by the grain warehouseman.

Stored Grain means, in respect of a particular type and grade of Grain, all of the grain of that type and grade received by FIE for storage and/or handling at any particular time.

Stored Grain means grain held or placed in storage in an elevator, grain cleaning plant, grain warehouse or public warehouse of whatever kind by any person not the actual bona fide owner of the grain;

Stored Grain means Grain that is received from, on behalf of, or for the account of the Company under the terms of this Agreement and is within Bunge's power, possession, custody or control.
