Consultant represents, unless otherwise indicated below, that all employees of Consultant that will provide any of the work under this Agreement have not ever been retired from a Washington State retirement system, including but not limited to Teacher (TRS), School District (SERS), Public Employee (PERS), Public Safety (PSERS), law enforcement and fire fighters (LEOFF), Washington State Patrol (WSPRS), Judicial Retirement System (JRS), or otherwise.
In the event Consultant affirms that an employee providing work has ever retired from a Washington State retirement system, said employee shall be identified by Consultant, and such retirees shall provide City with all information required by City to report the employment with Consultant to the Department of Retirement Services of the State of Washington.
To be eligible for the retirement payment under Section E, below, the bargaining unit member must qualify for retirement income under any State retirement system and by declaring, in good faith and in writing, his/her intention to permanently withdraw from active service covered by any of Ohio’s retirement systems.
