State park definition

State park means land within the dedicated boundary of a state park or state recreation area that was designated as a state park or state recreation area on the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section and any land within the dedicated boundary of a state park or state recreation area that is designated as a state park or state recreation area by the director after the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section.

State park means the following areas managed by the state and designated by action of the commission:
