State highway system definition

State highway system or "system" means all existing and future transportation projects constructed, operated, repaired, maintained, administered, and operated under the jurisdiction of the department of transportation, including toll projects and highway projects.
State highway system means the system of state principal roads designated by the director of the department, the responsibility for which is lodged in the department.
State highway system means the state highway system as defined in subsection 45 of section 24-01-01.1.
