State Executive definition

State Executive means the Body constituted under Rule 7.2 (a) of the Branch.
State Executive means such of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Hon. Secretary of the POVB (whose election has been notified by the Association to CSNSW) and Country Vice Chairman as are at the time available.
