Stage A definition

Stage A means a tender has not been returned to the Responsible Entity in relation to its application to the relevant Fund.

Stage A. CONDITIONS PRECEDENT" means the Conditions Precedent for Stage `A' of the Transaction, as provided in APPENDIX "9.2" hereto;

Stage A activity means non-intrusive survey work, including the use of artificial sources at or near to the surface to generate seismic waves to search for petroleum, such as by way of vibroseis and small buried explosive charges.

More Definitions of Stage A

Stage A. Shares" mean 1,700,000 (one million seven hundred thousand) Ordinary Shares;
