Spin Out definition

Spin Out shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9(b).

Spin Out has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.
Spin Out means either:
Spin Out means a company established by University Personnel for the purpose of developing and commercialising University Intellectual Property;
