Specified Properties definition

Specified Properties means (i) the Healthcare Facilities and other assets listed on Schedule 1.01H and (ii) any property acquired after the Closing Date pursuant to a Ventas Property Investment or any other healthcare properties held for resale, except to the extent the aggregate amount of Property Investment Losses incurred in respect thereof since the Closing Date exceeds $150,000,000.
Specified Properties means any Real Estate Assets and/or Subsidiary having an aggregate net equity value of less than $1,000,000,000.
Specified Properties means the properties (and the improvements thereon) owned by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries and set forth on Schedule 1.01(b).

Examples of Specified Properties in a sentence

  • The Company has made available to Parent copies of all material insurance policies maintained by the Company or the Company Subsidiaries and all material fidelity bonds or other insurance service contracts in the Company’s possession providing coverage for all material Specified Properties (the “Company Insurance Policies”).

  • The First Offer Notice shall specify which of the parcels of the Option Real Properties Seller intends to sell (the "Specified Properties").

More Definitions of Specified Properties

Specified Properties means (a) the Initial Specified Properties, (b) any fee owned Real Estate Asset acquired in connection with an acquisition or Investment permitted (or consented to) under this Agreement that is specified as Real Estate Asset that would be subject to a Sale Leaseback where the proceeds are used solely to fund such acquisition or Investment substantially concurrently upon the consummation thereof and (c) such other Real Estate Asset as mutually agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Specified Properties means those parcels of real property set forth on Schedule 6.18 (and all accessions, proceeds and related property).
Specified Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).
Specified Properties means the properties listed on Schedule 6.05(k).
Specified Properties means each Contributed Property that first became subject to an Advance on or prior to February 28, 2020, as set forth in a schedule provided by Borrower and Lender to Calculation Agent.
Specified Properties means, collectively, the Oil and Gas Properties and the Gathering Properties.
