The Company has made available to Parent copies of all material insurance policies maintained by the Company or the Company Subsidiaries and all material fidelity bonds or other insurance service contracts in the Company’s possession providing coverage for all material Specified Properties (the “Company Insurance Policies”).
The First Offer Notice shall specify which of the parcels of the Option Real Properties Seller intends to sell (the "Specified Properties").
