Tenant shall also procure and keep in effect during the Term, fire and extended coverage for its furniture fixtures, and equipment, merchandise, leasehold improvements made or constructed by Tenant, inventory, and all other items of Tenant’s property on the Premises, written on a Specified Perils Form basis.
This Insurance is extended to insure, up to a limit of thirty (30) days from the date moving commences, Personal Property at the Insured Premises, in transit and at a new Dwelling Building or Unit anywhere in Canada, which you intend to occupy as your new principal residence against loss or damage by the Specified Perils.

Coverage is limited to the Specified Perils excluding Impact, Transportation Accidents, Theft and Weight of Snow, Ice or Sleet.
