Specific Conveyances definition

Specific Conveyances means all conveyances, assignments, transfers, novations and other documents or instruments that are reasonably required or desirable to convey, assign and transfer the interest of Vendor in and to the Assets to Purchaser and to novate Purchaser in the place and stead of Vendor with respect to the Assets;
Specific Conveyances has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.09.

Specific Conveyances means all conveyances, assignments, transfers, novations, and such other documents or instruments as are reasonably required or desirable to convey, assign and transfer the Assets to Purchaser and to novate Purchaser in the place and stead of Quattro with respect to the Assets;
