Software Tools definition

Software Tools means the platform that provided by Pantheon under this Agreement for the development, maintenance, and oversight of one or more websites (including, without limitation, development environment, workflow integration tools, dashboard, site access controls and search), the Documentation, the UI, and any other web product or service provided by Pantheon under this Agreement. Software Tools do not include Third Party Content or Subscriber Content.
Software Tools means the code and libraries, as may be updated or changed from time to time, that SCEA may license to Company hereunder, but shall not include that code that is subject to the GNU General Public License.
Software Tools means, with respect to any Software or Embedded Software, any routines, compilers, bootstraps, analyzers, monitors, toolkits and other software tools used by the licensor of such Software or Embedded Software in connection with the programming, compiling, maintenance, debugging, analysis, configuration, customization, verification or monitoring of such Software or Embedded Software.

  • As between the Parties, Pantheon retains ownership in and reserves all right, title, and interest in and to any and all Proprietary Rights in and to the Documentation, Subscription Plans, the Support and Professional Services excluding Subscriber Confidential Information, the UI, and Software Tools, in whole and in part, and all derivative works thereof (“Pantheon IP”).

  • Such downloads and use thereof are provided solely in conjunction with your use of the Services, and any intellectual property therein is licensed to you by Pantheon or third-party licensors solely for your noncommercial use, and no title to the Software Tools or the UI shall be transferred to you.

  • By electing to receive support, You agree to allow Symantec to use whatever Support Software Tools as deemed necessary to repair Your device, including remote access.

  • You may not (i) sublicense, rent, sell or lease any portion of the Support Software Tools or otherwise provide the Support Software Tools to a third party; (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Support Software Tools or create derivative works from the Support Software Tools; or (iii) use the Support Software Tools in any manner not authorized by this Agreement.

  • The Support Software Tools will be used to analyze, diagnose, resolve more difficult problems and/or provide system optimization functions.

Software Tools means computer programs that may be used to develop, debug, maintain, or otherwise support other programs and applications.
Software Tools means IBM-developed software that IBM provides to WDC to test IBM Components or desktop Products, and is further described in Attachment C. Software Tools may include software loaded into test machines, but does not include Manufacturing Software or Microcode.
