The Borrowers must pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by the Bank) imposed on or in connection with any of the Shipbuilding Contracts, the Management Agreements, the Security Documents or the Loan and agree to indemnify the Bank against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by either Borrower to pay such duties or taxes.
After the completion of the sea trial, the Consultant shall obtain the Builder’s notice in writing of the same within the number of days stated in the Shipbuilding Contract(s) and, after the Consultant’s verification of the result, immediately notify the result to the Owner with the Consultant’s opinion as to whether or not the Vessel(s) conform to the specifications and performance criteria in accordance with the Shipbuilding Contract(s).
