Shipbuilding Contracts definition

Shipbuilding Contracts means together, Ship A Shipbuilding Contract and Ship B Shipbuilding Contract and, in the singular, means either of them;
Shipbuilding Contracts means (i) the contracts, as novated and amended, each dated April 6, 2010, pursuant to which one of the Shipbuilders will build and deliver to nominated subsidiaries the nine vessels, including seven MR2 product tankers and two chemical tankers, (ii) the two contracts, each dated April 6 2010, pursuant to which the other Shipbuilder will build and deliver to nominated subsidiaries two LR1 product tankers, and (iii) the two option contracts, each dated April 6, 2010, to purchase two additional LR1 product tankers.
Shipbuilding Contracts means any or all, as the case may be, of the shipbuilding contracts entered into between the applicable Borrower and the applicable Yard regarding the construction of the Collateral Vessels.

  • The Borrowers must pay all stamp, documentary, registration or other like duties or taxes (including any duties or taxes payable by the Bank) imposed on or in connection with any of the Shipbuilding Contracts, the Management Agreements, the Security Documents or the Loan and agree to indemnify the Bank against any liability arising by reason of any delay or omission by either Borrower to pay such duties or taxes.

  • The Consultant shall obtain such notice as is provided for in the Shipbuilding Contract(s) of the time and place of the sea trial of the Vessel(s) and notify such notice immediately to the Owner and to the classification society.

Shipbuilding Contracts means the Shipbuilding contracts entered into between the Guarantor as buyer and the Yard as builder for the construction of the Vessels.
