Shareholders Loans definition

Shareholders Loans means the loans to the Company by the respective Shareholders in such proportions as shall be agreed in accordance to this Agreement; In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to: the singular includes the plural and vice versa; a person includes reference to a body corporate or other legal entity; any written law includes that law as amended or re-enacted from time to time; any agreement or other document includes that agreement or other document as varied or replaced from time to time; a clause is to the relevant clause of this Agreement; any party includes that party’s personal representatives and/ or successors and assigns. The Schedules hereto shall form part of this Agreement. Clause headings are inserted for convenience only and shall be ignored in construing this Agreement.
Shareholders Loans means the shareholder’s loan in the sum of HK$26,017,413.91 advanced by the Vendor to RBL and the shareholder’s loan of HK$193,442.56 advanced by the Vendor to RBIPL as stated in the Management Accounts;
Shareholders Loans means loan(s) made or to be made to the Company by the Shareholders (or where the context so requires, by a particular Shareholder) or, where the context so requires, the outstanding amount thereof.
