Settlement Check definition
Settlement Check means the payment to be made via mailed check to a Settlement Class Member pursuant to this Settlement.
Settlement Check means the negotiable checks to be sent to those Settlement Class Members who submit Valid Claim Forms.

Settlement Check or “Settlement Checks” means the check(s) containing the sum that such Settlement Class Member(s) is (are) entitled to receive as payment under this Agreement, in accordance with the procedures set forth in Sections 6 and 7 below, after submitting a timely, accurate, and complete Claim Form.
