Service Affecting Condition. Any Route failure causing loss of revenue bearing traffic to Sprint.
Service Affecting Condition shall have the meaning set forth in Section 10.2.

More Definitions of Service Affecting Condition

Service Affecting Condition means any damage to or failure of the Facilities that interrupts Zayo’s ability to transmit light on its fiber through the Facilities. A Service Affecting Condition begins when the Town is notified or becomes aware of an interruption, whichever first occurs. A Service Affecting Condition continues until the interrupted Facilities are again available to Zayo. The Town shall have its first maintenance technician on site within four (4) hours after the time the Town becomes aware of a Service Affecting Condition (whether same occurs within normal business hours or after-hours, weekend or holiday), unless delayed by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Town shall use reasonable efforts to complete repairs and terminate the Service Affecting Condition within not to exceed 24 hour after maintenance staff arrives at the site of the problem. Such repairs may be temporary.
Service Affecting Condition means a discontinuity on both paths of a diversely routed physical fiber ring causing loss of internal or external traffic, except that SRP Scheduled Maintenance or Force Majeure events that cause a loss of such traffic shall not constitute a Service Affecting Condition.
Service Affecting Condition means any condition that causes loss of revenue bearing traffic to Customer, except where the condition is caused by Customer or a deficiency in Customer's electronics or other equipment. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, WFI shall not incur any liability to Customer by reason of a Service Affecting Condition, except its obligation to resolve such Service Affecting Condition as set forth in this Section 10.2, and Customer shall not be entitled to any credits for IRU Fees or any other payment paid or to be paid by the Customer pursuant to this Agreement by reason of such Service Affecting Condition.
Service Affecting Condition means a failure that interferes with the ability of the Sprint Fibers to function in compliance with the Specifications that impacts services provided to Sprint customers and/or the operation of Sprint equipment.
Service Affecting Condition is as specified in Exhibit D.
Service Affecting Condition means a condition on the City System that materially adversely affects Customer’s ability to utilize its Fiber within the Customer Conduit.

  • Rating Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(c)(ii).

Item (2) of this definition does not apply to a condition which is treated or controlled solely through the taking of prescription drugs or medicine and remains treated or controlled without any adjustment or change in the required prescription throughout the 180 day period before Your coverage is effective under this policy.

  • Qualifying condition means a condition described in Section 26-61a-104.

  • Serious health condition means an illness, injury, impairment, or physical or mental condition that involves:

  • Pre-Existing Conditions means, in respect of the Insured Person, any Sickness, Disease, Injury, physical, mental or medical condition or physiological degradation, including Congenital Condition, that has existed prior to the Policy Issuance Date or the Policy Effective Date, whichever is the earlier. An ordinary prudent person shall be reasonably aware of a Pre- existing Condition, where -

  • Conditional Access means control mechanisms, data structures and commands that scramble and encrypt signals in order to provide selective access and denial of specific channels, data, information or services to paying Subscribers.

  • Business Condition of any Person shall mean the condition (financial or other), earnings, results of operations, business, properties or prospects of such Person.

  • Specified Condition means, with respect to a party, any event specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13.

  • Associated Conditions means the symptoms or side effects associated with Stage-Four Advanced, Metastatic Cancer or its treatment and which, in the judgment of the health care practitioner, further jeopardize the health of a patient if left untreated.

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee. Those conditions which are not within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, telephone network outages, and severe or unusual weather conditions. Those conditions which are ordinarily within the control of Grantee include, but are not limited to, special promotions, pay-per-view events, rate increases, regular peak or seasonal demand periods, and maintenance or upgrade of the Cable System.
