A Coupon Payment Date shall not extend beyond the Final Scheduled Redemption Date and in the event the Coupon Payment Date extends beyond the Final Scheduled Redemption Date then the Coupon Payment Date shall be the Final Scheduled Redemption Date.
At any time thereafter when additional funds of the Corporation are legally available for the redemption of the Series Preferred, such funds shall immediately be used to redeem the balance of the shares which the Corporation has become obligated to redeem on any Scheduled Redemption Date but which it has not redeemed.
