More Definitions of Satellite Failure

Satellite Failure means (i) a Satellite that has a service life that, at any point in time, is predicted to be less than six (6) years, including the number of years that have already occurred since the date of completion of in-orbit testing or (ii) a Satellite that, at any point in time, has fewer than fifty percent 50% of its EIRP specified in Exhibit B.
Satellite Failure means the failure of one or more of the basic subsystems on the Satellite, or any other event, rendering the Satellite commercially unusable.
Satellite Failure means a satellite that SES has declared a failure for purposes of the applicable Agreement. For purposes of this definition, a hybrid satellite with multiple frequency band payloads will be treated either as a single satellite or as though the frequency band payloads were located on separate satellites, at SES’s sole discretion.
Satellite Failure is defined in Section 7.1(c).
Satellite Failure means that, at any time after the Commencement Date, (A)(i) fewer than _______________ of the transponders on Orion 3 are performing pursuant to their technical specifications, or (ii) Orion 3 can no longer be maintained in its North/South and East/West orbit with tolerances of _____ degrees, and (B) Orion, by notice to DACOM, has declared Orion 3 to be a failure;
Satellite Failure and "Transponder Failure" also may be defined in the contract for the manufacture or insurance of Orion 3.
