Safety Regulator definition

Safety Regulator means the Chief Executive of the Department of Transport and Main Roads (or his or her delegate) operating in accordance with the Transport (Rail Safety) Xxx 0000 (Qld);
Safety Regulator means, in respect of a Safety Law, the Authority administering that Safety Law.
Safety Regulator means any person having any investigatory or regulatory function under the Law (including, for avoidance of doubt, the Secretary under Gas Supply (Safety and Network Management) Regulation 2013 (NSW));

Safety Regulator means the person for the time being holding the position of Safety Regulator in the Rail Safety Accreditation Unit (RSAU);
