In compliance with the National Railway Safety Regulator Act, 16 of 2002, the Service Provider shall ensure that the Services, to be supplied to Transnet under the terms and conditions of this Agreement, comply fully with the specifications as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto, and shall thereby adhere [as applicable] to railway safety requirements and/or regulations.
