Rowhouse definition

Rowhouse means a building which is not more than 3 stories in height and which contains only 3 or more attached, vertically separated, side−by−side or back−to−back dwelling units, with each dwelling unit served by an individual exterior exit within 6 feet of the exit discharge grade.
