Rollover Notice definition

Rollover Notice shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.2.
Rollover Notice has the meaning provided in Section 2.3(e).
Rollover Notice means a notice substantially in the form annexed hereto as Schedule G to be given to the Agent by the Borrower pursuant hereto.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Lender of the receipt of a Request for Borrowing, a Conversion Notice or a Rollover Notice, the amount of the Borrowing and the amount and currency of such Lender’s Pro Rata Share of the applicable Loans, the date the Borrowing is to be made, the Interest Option selected, the Interest Period selected, if applicable, and the applicable rate of interest.

  • If the Borrower Parties fail to timely give the Administrative Agent the Rollover Notice with respect to any SOFR Loan, the Borrower Parties shall be deemed to have elected one-month SOFR as the Interest Option with respect to such Loan.
