RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on you any right to continue in the employ of the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company or any specific position or level of employment with the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company or affect in any way the right of the Employer to terminate your employment without prior notice at any time for any reason or no reason.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan or in this Agreement shall confer upon the Awardee any right to continue in the employment of the Company or any of its subsidiaries or interfere in any way with any right of the Company to terminate the Awardee’s employment at any time.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer on Employee any right to continued employment or interfere with the right of an employer to terminate Employee’s employment at any time.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) and the Grantee, or as a contractual right of the Grantee to continue in the employ of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company), or as a limitation of the right of the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) to discharge the Grantee at any time.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in this Option Agreement shall confer on any individual any right to continue in the employ of the Company or a subsidiary or interfere with the right of the Company or a subsidiary to terminate his employment at any time.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall confer on the Recipient any right to continue as an employee of the Corporation or any subsidiary or in any way affect the Corporation or any subsidiary's right to terminate the Recipient's employment at any time.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. This grant does not constitute an employment contract. Nothing in the Plan or this Agreement shall be deemed to be a modification or waiver of the terms and conditions set forth in a written employment agreement for the Participant that has been approved, ratified or confirmed by the Board of Directors of the Company or the Committee.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in the Omnibus Stock Plan or this Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment between the Company and the Award Recipient, or as a contractual right of the Award Recipient to continue in the employ of the Company or Merc-Safe.
RIGHT TO CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon you any right to continue in the employ of Samuels or any of its Subsidiaries or interfere with the right of Xxxxxxx or any of its Subsidiaries to terminate your employment at xxx xxme (subject to any rights you may have under a separate employment agreement).
