Retro-reflector definition

Retro-reflector means a device used to indicate the presence of a vehicle by the reflection of light emanating from a light source not connected to the vehicle, the observer being situated near the source. For the purposes of this Regulation the following are not considered as retro-reflectors:

Retro-reflector means a device used to indicate the presence of a vehicle tractor by reflection of light emanating from a light source unconnected with the vehicle, the observer being situated near that source. For the purpose of this Regulation, the following are not considered as retro-reflectors:
