Required License definition

Required License shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.9.

Required License means all Cannabis-related licenses, permits, or registrations required under the applicable Legal Requirements currently in effect necessary for the business of any Borrower.

Required License means all franchises, permits, licenses, approvals, authorizations and any similar document issued or granted by any Government Authority that are required for the conduct of the Business of the Group Companies.
