Required License means all Cannabis-related licenses, permits, or registrations required under the applicable Legal Requirements currently in effect necessary for the business of any Borrower.

Required License. In accordance with Public Contract Code section 3300, Contractor shall have, throughout the Contract Term, the following license classification issued by the California Contractors State License Board (state license classification(s)): 995037
