Schedule 3.13 sets forth a true, complete and correct list of each Required License, including the type of license, the license number, the jurisdiction issuing such license and the license expiration date.
The Service Provider shall not be obligated under this Services Agreement to provide the Service (or portion thereof) corresponding to such Required License during any period in which the Receiving Party or its applicable Subsidiary does not have such Required License.
