Replacement well definition

Replacement well means a water well that will serve an existing use with no significant increase in water use and will replace an existing water source such as a spring or well that is to be destroyed.

Replacement well means a well drilled on a drilling and /or production unit to replace another well which is drilled in the same unit and completed in the same pool.
