Reference Stock means the DBR O ½ 02/15/25, or, if such obligation is no longer outstanding, such other central bank or government security that, in the majority opinion of the Reference Dealers (i) has a maturity comparable to the remaining term of the Bonds and (ii) would be utilised, at the time of selection and in accordance with customary financial practice, in pricing new issues of corporate debt securities of comparable maturity to the remaining term of the Bonds.
