Redemption Rate definition

Redemption Rate means the average of the four quotations given by the Reference Dealers of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) on the fourth business day preceding the Optional Redemption Date at 11.00 a.m. (Central European time (CET)).
Redemption Rate means (unless otherwise specified in the Final Terms) the average (rounded to the nearest whole multiple of 0.001%, with 0.0005% being rounded upwards) of such number of quotations as are available from the Reference Dealers (or, if only one such quotation is available, such quotation) of the mid-market annual yield to maturity of the Reference Security (as specified in the relevant Final Terms) (or, if the Reference Security is no longer outstanding, the Similar Security) on the fourth business day preceding the Optional Redemption Date at 11:00 a.m. (Paris time)), all as determined by the Make-Whole Call Calculation Agent.
Redemption Rate means MIN (101%; 100% x Exp (T x 0.74720148386%)), rounded down to the 9th decimal.

Examples of Redemption Rate in a sentence

  • If BSTI shall fail to pay the applicable Mandatory Redemption Price to such holder on a timely basis as described in this Section 11(c) (other than pursuant to a dispute as to the determination of the Closing Bid Price or the arithmetic calculation of the Redemption Rate), such unpaid amount shall bear interest at the rate of 1% for the first month and a rate of 2.0% per month thereafter (prorated for partial months) until paid in full.

  • On the Calculation Date, the Calculation Agent shall calculate the Make-Whole Redemption Rate applicable on the relevant Make-Whole Redemption Date and determine the relevant Make-Whole Redemption Amount and, promptly on or not later than the Business Day immediately following the Calculation Date, the Calculation Agent shall notify the Issuer, the Fiscal Agent, the Noteholders.
