Rates Tariff definition

Rates Tariff means the Carrier’s local rates tariff for the Pipeline, on file and in effect with the FERC, as such rates tariff may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

Rates Tariff means that publication within Carrier’s Joint Tariff that sets forth the rates applicable to the transportation of Crude Petroleum by Carrier and that makes specific reference by Texas Tariff number to this Rules and Regulations Tariff [N] , as filed with the RRC and as may be supplemented and amended from time to time.

Rates Tariff means Carrier’s tariff(s) that sets forth the rates applicable to transportation service on the Pipeline and that makes specific reference to being governed by this Rules and Regulations Tariff.

• Customers receiving delivery service under this rate shall be charged the applicable charges contained in the Summary of Electric Service Rates Tariff as in effect from time to time.
