Rate Consultant means the independent accountant or firm of independent accountants, or a management consultant or firm of management consultants, or independent engineer or firm of independent engineers which, in any case, shall be of recognized standing in the field of electric transmission and distribution system consulting (and which may be the firm then serving as a consulting engineer or auditor of the Authority), selected by the Authority.

Rate Consultant means any accountant, engineer or consultant or firm of accountants, engineers or consultants chosen by the Issuer with reputation for skill and experience in reviewing and recommending rates, fees and charges for utility systems similar to the System.

• If during the invoice period, Consultant has incurred costs other than the Direct Labor Rate, Consultant shall attach to its invoice to the City copies of receipts and invoices for such costs and expenses.

Rate Consultant means the one or more engineers or engineering firms, accounting firms, investment bankers or corporations retained by or on behalf of the Authority to perform the acts and carry out the duties provided for such Rate Consultants in the Resolution.

Rate Consultant means a consultant or consulting firm or corporation at the time employed by the Town under the provisions of Section 502 of this Resolution (which may be the Consulting Engineers) to perform and carry out the duties imposed on the Rate Consultant by said Section 502.
