Project Performance Period definition

Project Performance Period means the period of time that the grant funds are available, and the time in which the project must be completed, billed, and paid.
Project Performance Period as used herein means the period of time that the Allocation Amount is available as described on page one (1) of this Agreement.
Project Performance Period as used herein means the period of time that the Grant Funds are available, and the time in which the Project must be complete, billed and paid as described on page 1 of this Contract. The term “State” as used herein means the Rivers and Mountains Conservancy.

Examples of Project Performance Period in a sentence

  • If grant monies are advanced and not expended, the unused portion of the grant shall be returned to the State within 60 days of completion of the Project or end of the Project Performance Period, whichever is earlier.

  • If the State terminates without cause the Agreement prior to the end of the Project Performance Period, the Grantee shall take all reasonable measures to prevent further costs to the State under this Agreement.

  • The grantee must maintain accounting records for one year following the duration of the Project Performance Period or after final disposition of any disputed audit findings.

Project Performance Period means “period of performance” as defined in 2 C.F.R. § 200.77 and described in 2 C.F.R. § 200.309, and is shown in section 4 of the Agreement cover sheet.
