Examples of Project Performance Period in a sentence
If grant monies are advanced and not expended, the unused portion of the grant shall be returned to the State within 60 days of completion of the Project or end of the Project Performance Period, whichever is earlier.
If the State terminates without cause the Agreement prior to the end of the Project Performance Period, the Grantee shall take all reasonable measures to prevent further costs to the State under this Agreement.
The grantee must maintain accounting records for one year following the duration of the Project Performance Period or after final disposition of any disputed audit findings.
The Grant Manager is not authorized to unilaterally change the Statement of Work, make any changes which affect this Agreement’s monetary amount, Project Performance Period, or other terms and conditions.
