Prohibited Industry definition

Prohibited Industry means with respect to any Obligor, its primary business is (a) within an industry referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Asset; (b) the manufacture of fully completed and operational assault weapons or firearms; (c) in pornography or adult entertainment; or (d) in the gaming industry (other than (i) a Permitted Gaming Industry or (ii) hospitality and/or resorts development or the management thereof).
Prohibited Industry means with respect to any Obligor, its primary business is (a) within an industry referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Asset; (b) the manufacture of fully completed and operational assault weapons or firearms; (c) in pornography or adult entertainment; (d) in the gaming industry (other than (i) a Permitted Gaming Industry or (ii) hospitality and/or resorts development or the management thereof); (e) in the marijuana industry; (f) in the opioid industry or (g) to finance any other industry which is illegal under Applicable Law at the time of acquisition of such Loan.
Prohibited Industry means, any of the following being the primary and substantial industry or operation of the relevant Underlying Obligor:

Prohibited Industry means with respect to any Obligor, its primary business is (a) within an industry referred to in the definition of Prohibited Defense Contract; (b) the manufacture of fully completed and operational assault weapons or firearms; (c) in pornography or adult entertainment; or (d) in the betting, gambling or internet gaming industry (other than hospitality and/or resorts development or the management thereof).
Prohibited Industry means each of the NAICS descriptions and CDD categories listed on the 2020 High Risk and Prohibited Industry (NAICS) Code List on file with the Administrative Agent and previously delivered to the BDC and the Borrower on or prior to the Effective Date.
Prohibited Industry means (i) a Prohibited Defense Industry; (ii) assault weapons or firearms manufacturing; (iii) the pornography or adult entertainment industry; (iv) the production, trade or use of drift nets over 2.5 kilometers in length; (v) the production of asbestos fibers; (vi) the trade in any plant or animal species or products governed by the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna or Flora (“CITES”) which are not authorized by a CITES permit; (vii) activities mainly related to tobacco; (viii) a Freshwater Industry or Mining and Metals Industry; (ix) pay-day lending; (x) activities mainly related to marijuana related business; or (xi) the Crypto currency industry.
Prohibited Industry means, with respect to any Non-IG Customer, the act of such Non-IG Customer knowingly entering into an agreement with a Prohibited Counterparty.
Prohibited Industry means each of the following business areas in (a) dealers, distributors, producers of pornography, (b) adult entertainment, prostitution, escort services, (c) dealers, distributors, processors of illegal drugs, chemicals, substances, or the sale of illegal drug paraphernalia or materials, (d) medical and recreational marijuana growers/dispensaries/sales including in states that have legalized marijuana sales, (e) deposit accounts and/or payment services for internet gaming or internet gambling, (f) internet cafes, (g) pay day, title or predatory lenders, (h) political campaign committees, (i) political candidates, (j) embassies or foreign consulates, (k) private prisons or (l) any other industry, business, product or service that is illegal under United States federal laws.

Prohibited Industry means each of the following business area: (i) assault weapons or firearms manufacturing, (ii) payday lending, title lending, or predatory lending, (iii) pawn shops, (iv) pornography or adult entertainment, (v) illegal or internet gaming (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, hospitality and/or resorts development or management thereof) or internet cafes, (vi) the sale or cultivation of marijuana, (vii) private prisons, (viii) embassies and foreign consulates, (ix) political campaigns, committees or candidates, or (x) any other industry, business, product or service that is illegal under United States federal laws.
