Process Improvement shall also include any development, refinement, improvement or change relating in whole or in part to the application of materials, chemical compositions, coatings or other substances, including the processes of application, to a Product after the finish trim and forming or conversion of the Product is completed to the extent that such development, refinement, improvement or change is not already known by ECC (unless ECC's prior knowledge is pursuant to a confidentiality agreement with Sublicensee) or in the public domain.
