Where a Discharger, subject to a National Categorical Pretreatment Standard, has not previously submitted a disclosure form as required by Section 6.6 (A)(2), the Discharger shall file a disclosure form with the County within 180 days after the promulgation of the applicable National Pretreatment Standard by the U.S. EPA.
